Central Booking Clerks
Our Booking Clerks are the first point of contact for patients at EFW Radiology and handle appointment requests over the phone. Booking Clerks are responsible for delivering professional communication and work in collaboration with other modality staff to ensure exceptional patient care is provided at all times. To be considered for a Booking Clerk position with EFW, interested candidates are required to have a Medical Office Assistant diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a call center role is considered an asset.
Clinic Receptionists
Our receptionists are the first point of contact with patients in our clinics. They are responsible for completing the patient registration process in an efficient and effective manner providing an exceptional patient experience to all patients entering an EFW site. To be considered for a reception position with EFW, interested candidates should have a Medical Office Assistant diploma. Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset.
Sonographers/Ultrasound Technologists
Ultrasound Technologists at EFW Radiology are responsible for performing abdominal, small parts, and OB/GYN ultrasound examinations in an efficient and effective manner. Ultrasounds Technologists ensure that each patient seen by EFW is provided with the highest level of care and, that an exceptional experience is created for every patient. To be considered for an Ultrasound Technologist position with EFW, interested candidates are required to have a diploma or certificate from a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program and be a credentialed member of Sonography Canada with liability insurance. Medical Radiologic Technologists
Medical Radiologic Technologists at EFW Radiology are responsible for performing X-Ray/Mammo/MSK examinations in an efficient and effective manner. MRT’s ensure that each patient seen by EFW is provided with the highest level of care and, that an exceptional experience is created for every patient. To be considered for a Medical Radiologic Technologist position with EFW, interested candidates are required to have a Medical Radiation Technology diploma and current CAMRT/ACMDTT registration and licence to practice in Alberta.
