Introduction
The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) requires Canadian businesses to state the actions they have taken during the fiscal year to prevent and reduce the risk of forced labour or child labour in their operations and supply chains. This is a report for EFW Radiology (“EFW”), which is obligated to publish a report under the Act.
